This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Strengthening the resilience of communities and ecosystems vulnerable to the impacts of climate change in the Mono-TOGO basin," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate.
