The Syrian Arab Republic (SAR) government is the primary beneficiary of this readiness work thatwill enable identification and prioritization of the country technology needs to meet their NDCs commitments towards climate change mitigation and resilience building Therefore, the objective of this assistance is to develop a Technology Needs Assessment to identify and prioritize technology transfer and diffusion for climate change mitigation and adaptation in key sectors in the Syrian Arab Republic.
