Readiness Result Management Framework: Results handbook

The Readiness Result Management Framework (RRMF) is the primary tool to guide Readiness results-based interventions, and through which GCF tracks and measures the results of the Readiness Programme in a consistent and coherent manner. The purpose of the RRMF Results handbook is to provide targeted users, National Designated Authorities, Delivery Partners and the GCF Secretariat, with guidance on the application of GCF’s RRMF as well as to assist in undertaking their respective roles and responsibilities. This document describes how the RRMF is operationalised, so that each user can fully understand – from start to finish – how Readiness proposal development and grant monitoring and reporting should align with the RRMF.

It should be noted the RRMF Results handbook is applicable for all approved Readiness grants and proposals submitted to the Secretariat that have been approved or will be approved under the Readiness Strategy: 2019-2021 and which was extended to the year 2023. In addition, this document will undergo further formatting and an updated document will be uploaded to this webpage. However the content of the handbook will not be changed. We thus advise the user to refer to the online version of the handbook.
