Following approval of a readiness request, legal arrangements are concluded in the form of a grant agreement with the grant recipient which includes and incorporates the Standard Conditions. This readiness grant agreement was signed between GCF and the Environmental Investment Fund of Namibia (EIF) for readiness activities in Namibia on 15 November 2016.
