Following approval of a readiness request, legal arrangements are concluded in the form of a grant agreement with the grant recipient which includes and incorporates the Standard Conditions. This readiness grant agreement was signed between GCF and International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) for readiness activities in Guatemala on 9 November 2017.
