The Readiness Financial Proposal Template for Direct Access is intended to be completed and submitted by DAEs or countries along with the Direct Access Proposal, if they choose to pursue the Direct Access delivery modality. It provides critical information on budget requirements, cost categories, and the implementation and payment schedules for the Readiness support requested and ensures that proposals are comprehensive and aligned with the strategic priorities outlined in the 2024-2027 RPSP strategy.
