This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Protecting livelihoods and assets at risk from climate change induced flooding in glacial river basins of Nepal," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate.
