There are in Argentina 1,359,078 housings with qualitative housing deficit . That generates, among other things, a thermal imbalance inside the housing that implies greater energy demand for heating and air conditioning. More than 120 MMtCO2eq could be avoided through improvements in thermal efficiency in these housings.
