This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Project to Support the Transition to a Resilient, Low-carbon Agriculture in Mauritania (P-STRALAM)," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate.
