The main objective of the project is to bolster Saint Vincent and the Grenadines’ readiness to access and receive climate financing mainly through capacity building. This will be done through: i) building the capacity within the office of the FP/NDA which has the responsibility for overall coordination of activities related to engagement with the GCF; and ii) developing a strategic framework for engagement with the GCF, which is consistent with national priorities.
