The objective of the proposal is to establish a framework for the NDA and strengthen its coordinating role and support in the development and monitoring of proposals to be presented to GCF. Besides the development of a strategic framework for the preparation of national action programs for mitigation and adaptation projects related to the Fund’s engagement with Paraguay.
