The primary goal of the Readiness proposal is to increase national capacity to adapt to climate change through enhanced finance institutions, access to localized climate information and improved climate smart investment frameworks. Long term goal of the Readiness proposal is to support transformational change towards resilient and competitive economy aligned with 1.5o C objective.
