This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Greening Kenya Industrial Zones: stimulating competitiveness and investments in the face of resource scarcity and climate change," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate.
