Following the mandate granted by the Board in decision B.36/06, this paper sets out for consideration by the Board an approach to multilingualism that addresses challenges related to language and access to GCF. The paper outlines the evolving GCF approach to multilingualism and sets out a forward-looking approach including further considerations of opportunities for development.
