At its forty-second meeting (B.42), the Board considered options for updating the structure of its committees and requested further consultations. This document responds by presenting a proposal for an updated committee structure that seeks to enhance effectiveness, reduce overlaps, and address gaps in mandates, while ensuring better alignment with the strategic goals of the GCF. It also outlines operational considerations, including committee size and quorum rules, to improve representation and functioning.
