This document contains the fourteenth annual report of the Green Climate Fund to the Conference (UNFCCC). The Board may wish to request the Co-Chairs, assisted by the Secretariat, to finalize the report, taking into consideration the comments made and decisions taken at the forty-second meeting of the Board, and submit the revised report to the UNFCCC secretariat, no later than 12 weeks prior to the thirtieth session of the Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC, in accordance with UNFCCC decision 7/CP.20, paragraph 23. The draft document was circulated to the Co-Chairs from 21 to 23 May for initial review, and to the Board for written consultation from 27 May to 6 June 2025. This document has incorporated comments that were received from the Board.
