This paper outlines the Secretariat assessment on GCF regional presence, informed by the feasibility study presented to the Board in document GCF/B.37/Inf.13 titled “GCF regional presence study outcomes”, the views of the Board as expressed at B.37, and feedback from countries and entities. This paper further examines options and proposes, for Board consideration, a way forward for potentially establishing a GCF regional presence.
