This document includes an executive summary of the Investment Committee report titled “Review of the structure and effectiveness of the independent Technical Advisory Panel”, as well as a note from the Secretariat on the findings and recommendations of the report. The document also contains, in its draft decision, the Investment Committee’s proposal to improve the structure and effectiveness of the Panel, based on the recommendations of the report.
