This addendum contains the following three parts:

• A funding proposal titled “Scaling‐up of Glacial Lake Outburst Flood (GLOF) risk reduction in Northern Pakistan” submitted by UNDP;
• A no‐objection letter issued by the national designated authority or focal point; and c) Environmental and social report(s) disclosure.

The documents are presented as submitted by the accredited entity, and national designated authority or focal point, respectively.
