This document presents relevant environmental and social safeguards (ESS) information about FP016: Strengthening the resilience of smallholder farmers in the Dry Zone to climate variability and extreme events through an integrated approach to water management. Project and programme funding proposals that have environmental or social impacts are required to provide these reports as annexes to the funding proposals.
