This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Enhancing climate change adaptation of the vulnerable agriculture communities in Segou region in Mali," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate.
