This Administrative Instruction on Corporate Procurement (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrative Instruction") has been adopted by the Executive Director to set forth the fundamental principles that GCF shall apply for the procurement of corporate Goods and Services. All procurement decisions will be governed by the objectives and guiding principles of GCF in combating climate change as set out in the Governing Instrument. This Administrative Instruction shall be implemented in conjunction with other applicable administrative instructions, manuals, procedures and guidance.
