Contributions to GCF are facilitated through Contribution Agreements or Arrangements signed by contributors, GCF, and the Trustee, which is the existing mechanism for receiving contributions to the Trust Fund.
This agreement was signed between the Brussels Capital Region, GCF, and the World Bank in December 2020, for contributions made for GCF's first replenishment period (GCF-1).
