This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Building Regional Resilience through Strengthened Meteorological, Hydrological and Climate Services in the Indian Ocean Commission “IOC countries”," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate.
