This proposal follows the first preparatory grant implemented by Togo, in addition to requests for other readiness funding. The funding of this request will enable Togo to strengthen the capacity of the NDA and key national stakeholders to implement the country program by accelerating the development and submission of concept notes and funding requests. The expected impact of the implementation of this request is that Togo significantly reduces its climate investment gap and makes significant progress towards low-carbon and climate-resilient development.
