This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Building Climate Resilience in Cook Islands People through Better Health and Outreach, Enhancing Sanitation, Being Energy Efficient, and Improving Water Security," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate.
