The requested Readiness Program aims to identify the adaptation and mitigation measures for the Great Green Wall (GGW). This set of interventions complements the national REDD + readiness process under the Forest Investment Program (FIP) and FCPF whose intervention area is different from that of the Great Green Wall (except for the East region).
