Amended and restated agreement on the terms and conditions for the administration of the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund

Following board decision B.34/02, this document amends and restates the 2019 Restated Agreement to reflect the renewal of the World Bank's role as trustee, subject to performance evaluations by the Secretariat every four years.
