This agreement, signed between the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and Compańia Espańola De Financiación Del Desarrollo S.A. S.M.E. (COFIDES), sets out the terms and conditions for the use of GCF resources. It formalises the accountability of COFIDES in carrying out GCF-approved projects appropriately.
