Agreement on the terms and conditions for the administration of the Green Climate Fund Trust Fund

This agreement, dated 15 October 2013, entered into between GCF and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), also referred to as the World Bank, serving as the interim trustee of GCF.

Pursuant to the GCF Governing Instrument, this agreement establishes the terms and conditions for the administration of the Trust Fund by the Trustee to replace the terms and conditions of the Standard Provisions.
