Adaptation planning support for Chad through National Water Fund" with "Increasing the resilience of Chad communities to climate change impacts

The present proposal aims to strengthen communities’ resilience to climate change impacts, most notably women’s, youth and indigenous groups. Using 3 complimentary components, the proposal will set the groundwork for supporting communities, using a gender-inclusive approach, by reinforcing the technical and operational capacities of national and local structures and organizations to develop, implement and monitor targeted adaptation projects specific to Chad’s 6 bio-climatic zones.
