This agreement, signed between the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and the Fonds d’Intervention pour l’Environnement, sets out the terms and conditions for the use of GCF resources. It formalises the Fonds d’Intervention pour l’Environnement's accountability in carrying out GCF-approved projects appropriately.
