This agreement, signed between the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and the Republic of Armenia, acting through the Environmental Project Implementation Unit of the Ministry of Environment, sets out the terms and conditions for the use of GCF resources. It formalises Republic of Armenia, acting through the Environmental Project Implementation Unit of the Ministry of Environment’s accountability in carrying out GCF-approved projects appropriately.
