This agreement, signed between the Green Climate Fund (GCF) andDevelopment Bank of Rwanda (B.R.D) Plc (BRD), sets out the terms and conditions for the use of GCF resources. It formalises BRD’s accountability in carrying out GCF-approved projects appropriately.
