B.BM-2016/11: Terms of reference for the review of observer participation

The Board, having reviewed document GCF/BM-2016/10 titled “Terms of reference for the review of observer participation”:

1. Approves the terms of reference for the review of observer participation, as contained in annex I to this document; and
2. Requests the Secretariat to conduct consultations, starting at the thirteenth meeting of the Board, with accredited observers with a view to identifying existing gaps and needed improvements, and to presenting a report with recommendations on the outcomes of the review for consideration by the Board no later than its fifteenth meeting.
