The Board, through a decision taken between meetings on a no-objection basis:

  1. Approves the Board’s work plan for 2014, as set out in Annex I to this decision;
  2. Approves the indicative timeline for the Board’s work plan for 2014, as set out in Annex II to this decision, noting that the Board may adjust the timeline on a meeting-by-meeting basis;
  3. Requests the Secretariat to prepare documents listed in Annex III to this decision for the first Board meeting in 2014.
