B.22/01: Reports from Board committees, panels and groups

The Board:

1. Appoints Ms. Lorena Palomo as a member of the Investment Committee, replacing Mr. Ignacio Lorenzo Arana, effective immediately, for the remainder of the current term; and 
2. Also appoints Mr. Ali Gholampour as a member of the Risk Management Committee, effective immediately, for the remainder of the current term.
