B.17/12: Performance management agreements for Board- appointed officials

The Board:

1. Decides to adopt the Performance criteria and measurement procedures for the Executive Director as presented in annex X; and
2. Agrees to use the table as presented in annex X as a template for all Board-appointed officials for their performance framework.
