B.13/33: Country programming, readiness and preparatory support: Country ownership guidelines

The Board,

1. Decides to defer the issue of country ownership guidelines for consideration at its fourteenth meeting;
2. Requests the Secretariat to prepare the guidelines on country ownership based on the elements of decision B.10/10, paragraph (c), and to include appropriate elements of the strategic plan into the guidelines related to country ownership; and
3. Also requests the Secretariat to ensure the guidelines include guidance for the operationalization of all Board decisions related to country ownership.
