This document presents a request for the revision of programme scope and logical framework, the revision of financial terms and conditions for Sri Lanka, and the reallocation between GCF grant and loan instruments for Sri Lanka, in respect of FP177 (Cooling Facility), originally approved at the thirtieth meeting of the Board, for the consideration of the Board.
