Overview
The LandBank of the Philippines (LandBank) is a financial institution wholly owned by the Government of the Philippines. It aims to strike a balance in fulfilling its social mandate of promoting countryside development while remaining financially viable. Over time, the LandBank has expended its loan portfolio in favour of its priority sectors, which include fisheries, health care, environment and tourism, among others.
