Headquartered in St. Michael, CE promotes economic growth, competitiveness, resilience, and green business development across Caribbean small island developing States and middle-income countries. CE works with regional and international partners to strengthen technical capacity and support member States in achieving their climate and development priorities.
By partnering with GCF, CE aims to scale up private sector investment in renewable energy, energy efficiency, sustainable agriculture, and climate-resilient development, while improving access to climate finance for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.
