The Green Climate Fund (GCF) is delighted to host the International Financial Institutions (IFI) Knowledge Management Community of Practice (COP) Spring Meeting, to be held on 21-22 April 2021 at 8:00 a.m. EST / 1:00 p.m. GMT / 9:00 p.m. KST.

As agreed at the 2020 Annual International Financial Institutions Knowledge Management COP Annual Workshop, held on 2-4 December 2020, KM Metrics will be the focus of the Spring meeting.

The programme will include an overview of different approaches organizations have taken to measure their achievements and recognize their gaps. It will also take stock of the status quo, success stories, shortfalls and will center on knowledge exchange good practices and lessons learned.

George Zedginidze, Head of Knowledge and Change Management at the Green Climate Fund, co-founder of the IFI KM COP, will continue chairing the COP in 2021. Joining him as a co-facilitator will be professor Kimiz Dalkir from McGill University. Professor Dalkir is a renowned author and knowledge management expert. She will frame the KM metrics discussion around Return on Expectations (RoE) and focus on alternative approaches to analyzing KM measurement and practices.
