This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Strengthened Weather and Climate Services for Resilient Development for Pacific Islands," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate.
