The objective of the Project Preparation activities is to design a Water Reuse Programme (“WRP”) for South Africa. The WRP will comprise two components being (i) the establishment of a national water reuse programme (programme support office) and (ii) a blended finance option to support the scaled implementation of water reuse projects in SA.
