This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Rehabilitation of cascade tank system through Ecosystem Based Adaptation for prolong droughts in dry zone of Sri Lanka - special concern to Madawachchiya Divisional Secretariat of the Anuradhapura District," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate.
