This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Reducing flood impacts on transport corridors by mobilizing upstream surface water for the most vulnerable agro-pastoralists in Djibouti," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate.
