This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Reducing Cambodia’s Emissions Through Decentralized Forest Management (the ‘Project’)," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate.
