This concept note provides basic information on the project/programme "Promoting the Transition to a Low Carbon, Climate-Resilient and “Deforestation-Free” Livestock Sector in Costa Rica," and was submitted to allow the project proponent a chance to seek feedback from the GCF Secretariat about whether their proposal matches the Fund’s objectives and mandate.
