The Republic of Vanuatu, Ministry of Climate Change (MoCC) will work with GIZ to engage consultant support to build the capacity of the NDA, which also provides the co-chair and Secretariat Unit for the Vanuatu National Advisory Board on Climate Change & Disaster Risk Reduction (NAB1 ), to fulfill its roles and responsibilities in relation to the Fund according to best-practice guidelines.
GIZ will also support Vanuatu’s strengthened NDA to prepare a country program that is fully in line with the new National Climate Change & Disaster Risk Reduction Policy.
